I had a question about my order and reached out to customer service, and they got back to me quicker than I expected. They explained everything clearly and helped fix the small issue without making it feel like a hassle. It did take one extra email to fully sort things out, but i’m happy with how they handled it. It’s always a relief when support actually listens and helps, so I’d give them 4 stars.

It works well overall, honestly. I’ve been happy with it so far, but yeah, I do wish the replacement filters were a little cheaper. They can add up over time. Still, no real complaints about the unit itself.

I bought an Oransi purifier and, at least in my opinion, it feels really well made. Nothing rattles, the buttons have a nice feel to them, and the casing doesn’t come across as cheap. Overall, I’m happy with the build quality.

I got my Oransi purifier hooked up to my smart home setup without much hassle, which surprised me because I’m not the most tech-savvy person. I was kind of expecting it to be annoying, but it connected smoothly.
Being able to turn it on from my phone or check on it without getting up has been more useful than I thought. It works well with my other devices too, and now I’m wondering why I waited so long to get something like this.
I’ve only had it for a few weeks, but so far it’s been simple, quiet, and easy to use day to day. No real complaints, other than I probably should’ve upgraded to a smart purifier sooner

These filters last a surprisingly long time. I haven’t had to replace them nearly as often as I expected, so I’d definitely recommend them if you want something that goes the distance.

I’ve been feeling mentally drained lately, so dealing with constant sneezing around the house was just one more thing on top of everything. After using this, I did notice I’m sneezing less and the air feels a bit cleaner. There’s still dog hair around, of course, but overall it’s made the house feel more comfortable

I had a strong smoke smell I was trying to get rid of, and this definitely helped a lot. It didn’t remove it 100%, but it got most of it out and made a noticeable difference. Overall, it was a smooth experience and I’m happy with the results.

Support got back to me quickly, and my refund came through a few days later. way less stressful than I expected.

I really like how lightweight this is... I can move it from the bedroom to the living room without any hassle at all. It works great, doesn’t take up much space, and just makes things easier.

I got the Oransi purifier and setting it up was easy enough, I think it took me around 10 minutes total, although half of that was me messing with the box and then realizing where the filter was tucked away. The manual made sense, which I always appreciate because some of these things turn into a whole project for no reason. The only part that felt a little less smooth was the first bit with the app. Not terrible, just could’ve been more straightforward. Overall though, it was up and running quickly.

I use sleep mode every night, it’s been really easy to set up and stick with. The lights dim down, the fan gets quiet, and once I’m in bed I don’t have to keep adjusting anything. Based on this, I’d say if the rest of the features are this simple, it’s a user-friendly setup overall.

The unit does its job and works fine, but the filter changes and cleaning reminders pop up more often than I’m in the mood for. It’s not difficult or anything, just kind of annoying when I feel like I just dealt with it. More maintenance than I expected...

I’ve had my oransi purifier for a few years now, and my first impression was good. It seemed to do its job and felt like a solid buy at the time. But over the years, I’ve started to get the feeling it hasn’t held up quite as well as I expected. The buttons feel a little worn down now, and the fan has definitely gotten louder. It still runs, so I can’t say it’s a bad product, but my gut says it should’ve felt a bit more durable for the price.

I thought the site had a nice clean look overall, and it was easy enough to browse around while I was drinking my coffee. A few pages felt a little plain, like they could use a bit more personality or detail, but nothing that made it hard to use...

It does a decent job cleaning, so no complaints there, but the fan noise is noticeable. At night it gets annoying enough that I keep wondering if mine is louder than normal. Has anyone else had the same issue?
